Initial Consultation
We will start by having a thorough consultation with you to understand your corporate gifting needs. During this conversation, we'll discuss your objectives, budget, and any specific preferences you have for the gifts.
Proposal and Approval
The proposal will include our gift recommendations, customization options, pricing details, and any additional services you may need. It is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of your gifting options. Begin the design process with a $125 retainer credited toward your final invoice. We will revise the proposed gift design as needed until the final gift is exactly what you envisioned.
Gift Curation and Personalization
Once we receive approval, you will receive your invoice and we will begin production. We will keep you up to date every step of the way. We take pride in sourcing the finest local products and assembling the gift boxes with meticulous care. If you have any custom branding or personalization requests, we ensure they are incorporated seamlessly.
Quality Control and Fulfillment
We double check every detail of your gifting from bows, to notes, and all items before they are delivered. Once your gift boxes are ready, we handle the delivery logistics. Our goal is to ensure that the gifts reach their recipients on time and in perfect condition. After delivery, we follow up with you to confirm successful delivery and gather feedback to ensure your complete satisfaction.
